ALEX CENTOMOS WORKOUT:
this is what i do when i don’t go to the gym & you can do it all at home
40 minute run
5x 10 reps 50 crunches
5 x 8 reps 40 vertical crunches
5 x 10 reps 50 lemon squeezes
2 x 25 reps 25 hip ups each side
5 x 6 reps 30 russian twist each side
30 second plank
cobra stretch
3 x 10 reps 30 leg lifts each leg
3 x 10 reps 30 donkey kicks each leg
5 x 10 reps 50 squats
5 x 6 reps 30 butt pulses
stretch
